We are excited to announce the launch of our new Apprenticeship Program, “The Essentials“. We are looking to hire apprentices as part-time employees, who will attend our in-house HVAC installation classes 2 days per week and will work as paid employees in our operations department 3 days per week.

Attend our in-house HVAC installation classes 2 days per week and will work as paid employees in our operations department 3 days per week. The training program will be completed after 14 weeks, where we will work with our customers, residential HVAC contractor organizations, to place each apprentice as a full-time installation technician.

The Essentials Program consists of 224 hours (28 days) of hands-on training with a Johnstone instructor. Our curriculum covers residential applications which can crossover to commercial areas of the industry. The apprentices will gain the essential knowledge and training through hands-on courses to further develop the necessary skills for a successful HVAC career
