Devonta “DJ” Clay
In his role as an HVAC Technician Apprentice, DJ’s responsibilities will include attending our in-house HVAC
installation classes 2 days per week and will work as paid employees in our operations department 3 days per week. The training program will be completed after 14 weeks, where we will work with our customers, residential HVAC contractors, to place each apprentice as a full-time installation technician.
DJ comes to Johnstone Supply serving in previous positions such as a Driver Associate at GhoDirect LLC., Service Technician at Lawn Doctor, and Team Member at Taco Bell.
He is a graduate of Tates Creek High School in Lexington, Kentucky.
DJ’s friends and family would describe him as compassionate, calm and collected, goal oriented, and methodical! In his spare time, He enjoys researching interests such as vehicles, personal development theories, and human and animal behaviors. He also loves spending time with his lady of 4 years and 3 cats
